Three. Before starting the engine, the lubricating oil (grease) should be added to each oil injection point, lubrication point and fuel tank of the machine.

Four, without approval, the crew members shall not be allowed to start without authorization. The machines, assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the commander.

Five, before starting the machine, check whether there are any impurities in the fuselage parts. First, we must give the partners information, and make sure that the safety around the machine can be switched on.

Six, before the machine runs, reverse the points for several weeks, then several weeks, so as to avoid debris between the drum and destroy the blanket, printing plate and so on.

Seven. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to contact the working face with hands. It is forbidden to repair and wipe the machine. It is not allowed to cross the rotating parts.

Eight, crew members should strictly abide by the division of labor and pay attention to the operation of all parts of the machine.

Nine, the workplace should be kept clean and tidy, and there is no debris around the ground, workstations and machines. Maintenance tools and spare parts should be placed in the required locations.

Ten, at work, no one is allowed to laugh, play or shout around the machine.

Eleven, at the end of the work, clean the machine, protect the printing plate, wipe the blanket, pad and roller, and turn off the power supply.
