Parts can be marked in a complementary form on the surface and contents of the package.

1. The unit of measurement of the net content on the label must be the national legal unit of measurement; For example: 1kg or 1kg, in daily life can also be called 1kg, but "kg" is not the national legal unit of measurement, so it cannot be marked on the label. The label position should be on the same display page as the food name on the package or container; pre-packaged food with solid and liquid phases and solid phase substances as the main food component should be in the form of mass or mass fraction near the "net content" position The content of the discharged substance (solid substance).

2. when the subsidiary or production base of the group company cannot independently assume legal responsibility according to law, or when there is an entrusted production relationship between the person in charge and the processing enterprise, there are two display methods. The 1 way is to mark the names and addresses of both companies at the same time.

3. There are strict regulations on the production date, and no pasting, reprinting or tampering is allowed. When the same prepackaged food contains multiple products with different production dates, the earliest produced product should be marked, or the production date of each food should be marked separately.

4. when labeling the content of the label, you must also consider the label part of the product implementation standard. For example, the label content of mineral water that meets the implementation standards of GB 8537 must be labeled in accordance with the label requirements of Article 8.1 of GB 8537 in addition to the label 7718. This content includes: the name of the water source, the limit of the compliance index, the total dissolved solids content, the content of the main cations (K +, Na +, Ca2 +, Mg2 +). When the fluorine content is greater than 1.0 mg / L, fluorine should be indicated, and the gas or inflatable product must also indicate the product type.

5. Food names should be consistent in multiple locations on the label. It is often seen that the name of the prominent position on the front page of the label is inconsistent with the name of other foods. For example, the food name in a prominent position on the main display page is labeled "Beef Stick", while the label on the back label is labeled "Beef Flavored Gluten Product".

6. At present, domestic food nutrition labeling is still in its infancy, and most enterprises are still gradually exploring and getting familiar with its labeling requirements. From the inspection results, many products have correct formats, however, the marked content value and NRV value do not conform to the error range specified in GB 28050 (not less than 80% or not more than 120%). The main reason is that the source and quality of raw materials are unstable, the variety and production cycle of inspection have not been found, and the data source is too single and unknown. This is caused by many reasons, such as copying. The only solution is for manufacturers to develop a comprehensive scientific inspection plan covering the project and cycle, fully obtain product data and standardize labels.

7. when designing labels, you must also consider the final impact of the processing properties of packaging materials on the final label. For example: the label made of heat shrinkable film needs to be appropriately enlarged in the design to avoid the reduction of character height due to the heat shrinkable packaging of the finished label. Consider controlling the content position of the main display surface to avoid hiding or obscuring the marked content due to plane bending and edge sealing.
